Maintaining the Momentum

On February 13, 2013 Cougar Advocates for Texas (CATS) volunteers including students, alumni, faculty, staff, and community supporters will meet with legislators and their associates at the state Capitol.

This year, CATS seeks to maximize funding for the University of Houston System. The University of Houston System Legislative Agenda includes some of the following items:

  • Equitable Funding
  • Building Texas’ Future Today
  • Truth and Transparency in Tuition
  • Keeping Texas a Tier One State

Show your Cougar pride and become a part of UH history by advocating some key points that will ultimately advance The University of Houston System and the State of Texas.
