In order to process your communication request successfully, please complete all the relevant fields and be as thorough as possible. Any questions can be directed to alumni@uh.edu. For e-blasts, note that per University of Houston e-communication standards, file attachments may not be added to e-blasts. Please allow at least 1 week after form submission to prepare and send your e-blast.
