Congratulations to the 2022 Banner Award Recipients!

The Banner Awards is an award and recognition program provided by the UH Alumni Association, UH Alumni Association Foundation, and the division of University Advancement at the University of Houston. The intent of the program is to engage the affiliated Alumni Associations of the UH Alumni Association and to foster a sense of community and support to their respective Associations, the UH Alumni Association, the UH Alumni Association Foundation, the University of Houston and the community that it serves.

To be considered for the Banner Awards, the affiliated Alumni Associations are evaluated  on the following criteria: Submission of Attendees for all Events, Signature Events, Student Support (scholarships, mentoring, programming), Support of Athletics, Community Service, and Networking. In recognition of the selection criteria, the UH Alumni Association, UH Alumni Association Foundation and University Advancement have made funds available to reward and honor the affiliated Alumni Associations who put forth efforts and resources in completing the tasks mentioned above.
