Life Member Experience at Party On The Plaza
- The Life Member Experience is held three hours before every UH home football game.
- Located at the Athletics-Alumni Center, inside O’Quinn Great Hall (3204 Cullen Blvd.).
- Tickets include access to the Life Member Experience tailgate, entrance to Party on the Plaza grounds, complimentary food and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Please note, all Life Member Experience guests must have a ticket to enter the grounds.

Why is cost going up?
- The price has risen in order to provide the best Big 12 experience possible!
What are the season ticket options?
- For the 2025 football season, guests will register individually for each Life Member Experience. This allows us to tailor each experience more closely to expected attendance and ensure a great gameday for all. You’ll receive event details and registration links ahead of every home game, so you can pick and choose the events that work best for your schedule.
Will the environment be kid-friendly?
- Yes
What age do children get in free?
- Age 5 and under
What is the bag policy?
- The following bags are allowed:

- Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12” x 6” x 12”
- One-gallon clear plastic resealable freezer bags
- A small clutch purse, no larger than 4.5” x 6.5”, with or without a handle or strap. These small clutches are subject to a search.
- An exception will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection at the gate by TDECU Stadium personnel.
Will there be special football game rates for Life Members?
- No. Athletics sets the pricing for football games.

Where do I park?
- 2025 Houston Football Single game parking is available in the Elgin Street/Purple Garage for all home games. Sales are available until 5pm the night before the game or until spaces are sold out.
- Garage is located at 4224 Elgin St, Houston, TX 77204.
Do I have to bring the same guest every game?
- No
What's the difference between Party on the Plaza and the Life Member Experience?
- Party on the Plaza is the official UH Alumni tailgate party held three hours before every UH home football game.
- It is held right in front of the Athletics-Alumni Center, located at 3204 Cullen Blvd.
- Various Affiliated Alumni Association Foundation Networks and Groups will be set up so that you can enjoy food, fun and football camaraderie!
- Life Member Experience is an exclusive tailgate for Life Members located at the Athletics-Alumni Center, inside O’Quinn Great Hall.
- Tickets include access to the Life Member Experience tailgate, entrance to Party on the Plaza grounds, complimentary food and non-alcoholic beverages, TV’s and more!

What if I bought a general ticket and not a Life Member Experience?
- You will only have access to the Party on the Plaza event.
How will I check-in?

There will be a check in table located at the entrance to Party on the Plaza, you will receive a entry stamp and proceed to the Athletic and Alumni building where you will receive a food ticket.
Can I get a ride to the stadium?
- Golf carts will be available for our ADA guests. In order to secure a ride, there will be a sign-up sheet located by the entrance to the Life Member Experience. Rides typically begin 30 minutes before kick-off.
Will there be a dedicated Life Member entrance?
- At the entry there will be multiple lines. One for Life Member Experience and one for Party on the Plaza.
Generally, when do the experiences start? Are there special activities at certain times?
- All home Tailgates begin 3 hours before kickoff and will end 30 minutes before kickoff.
- Autograph signings will take place one hour after the tailgates begin.
- Band and Mascots 90 minutes before kickoff.
If I have a ticket for Life Member Experience, do I need one for an alumni association tent?
- Each tent can decide whether an additional payment is required to attend their tent at Party on the Plaza.
Can I transfer my tickets to friends?
- Please contact Christina Kouzounis at life@uh.edu to transfer tickets.
Can I still attend if I am behind on my Life Member payments?
- All Life Members must be current on payments to attend.
