Travel to India with the University of Houston

Dear Friend,

On behalf of the University of Houston, I am delighted to invite you to join us for what is sure to be an extraordinary, unforgettable trip to Southern India in February 2020. During the ten-day and nine-night excursion (including one night onboard a private houseboat), we will visit some of the most beautiful and important sites in Southern India and will experience the gorgeous Indian culture firsthand.

I am thrilled to announce that President Khator and Dr. Suresh Khator will join us as hosts on this epic journey! This trip has been planned and customized by President Khator to provide travelers a true cultural experience, visiting breathtaking sites along the southern region of India. In addition to the ten-day itinerary, travelers have the option of extending travels (three additional days) to the Taj Mahal – the most identifiable image in all, of India.

A licensed tour guide from India will lead us each day and provide the historical background of each of the sites we visit. Space is limited and will be filled on a first come, first served basis

If you have any questions or would like additional information, please contact Anthony Travel by email at Of course, I would be happy to answer any questions as well.

This is sure to be a remarkable experience and one which will be rich in discovery, a trait that is exemplified by the University of Houston. I greatly look forward to sharing this magnificent and once in-a-lifetime adventure with friends and colleagues.

Warm regards,

Wayne Smith
